Tourism means big bucks in Kentucky, and The Kentucky Center is proud to be doing itspart. The April issue of The Lane Report included a list of the 2010 Top Twenty Tourist Attractions in Kentucky, and The Kentucky Center came in at Number 11. Top spots went to Land Between the Lakes, Cumberland Gap State Park and the Kentucky Horse Park.
The Center came in behind Churchill Downs, the Louisville Zoo and Louisville Bats Baseball, and ahead of the Louisville Slugger Museum, the Kentucky Derby Museum, Keeneland, Mammoth Cave National Park, the Creation Museum and My Old Kentucky Home.
Not many people realize that tourists have come from all fifty states and six of the seven continents to see shows at the Center. (We still haven't figured out how to break into that tough Antarctic market, but we're working on it.)
