Are the holidays chaotic around your house? Despite our best intentions, the stress, expectations and excitement of the holiday season can sometimes bring out the worst in all of us. But there are blessed and grace-filled moments as well. And it is most often those miraculous, inspiring moments we remember from year to year.
Which could be one of the reasons why seeing Stage One's "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" is such a popular holiday tradition for many families! Back by popular demand, the production is on stage at The Kentucky Center from December 3-19. Tickets are $12.75, reserved seating, fees apply. Click here for details.
In case you're not familiar with the plot...
The Herdmans are the worst kids in the whole history of the world; they lie, steal and cheat. Now they have bullied their way into the annual church Christmas pageant! Slated to be the "worst pageant ever", the whole town has gathered in anticipation, waiting to see the Herdmans ruin Christmas. Will the pageant be a disaster as everyone is expecting, or will the spirit of the season change the hearts and minds of the Herdman family?
The play is recommended for children in Grades 3 and above.
