Share an intimate evening of acoustic roots music with these two amazing musicians, both of whom play the banjo and are also husband and wife.
Béla Fleck has reinvented the image and the sound of the banjo through his remarkable performing andrecording career, a journey that has taken him all over the musical map and involved a wide range of solo projects and collaborations. At home working with artists from jazz, classical, bluegrass, and world music, Béla has been nominated for 30 Grammy Awards, and won 15, in more categories than any other artist.
Abigail Washburn is a singer/songwriter and clawhammer banjo player who creates original compositions inspired by American and Chinese folk music. Her most recent solo recording is City of Refuge (2011). She also performs as a member of bands Uncle Earl and The Sparrow Quartet.
