FACTS:
“Ghost Brothers of Darkland County” is the long-awaited southern gothic, supernatural musical from legendary co-conspirators Stephen King, John Mellencamp and T Bone Burnett. The musical’s superb blues ‘n roots soundtrack, performed on the album by a stellar collection of guest artists, drives this haunting tale of fraternal love, lust, jealousy and revenge, a full 13 years in the making.
The show (with a touring cast) will be arriving in Louisville, in concert form, on October 11.
The star-studded album features performances by Neko Case, Elvis Costello, Sheryl Crow, Rosanne Cash, Matthew McConaughey, Meg Ryan and Samantha Mathis, among others.
NOTE: Soundtrack recording artists are not participating in the theatrical tour.
