“Congratulations” to Stacy Ridgway, The Kentucky Center’s Manager of Accessibility Services! Stacy has received a Core Value Award from the Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet.

The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts is an agency of the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet. This Cabinet is made up of a variety of organizations that range from cultural institutions like The Kentucky Center, to the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, to the State Parks. There are thousands of employees within the organizations that make up the Tourism Arts and Heritage Cabinet. The Cabinet has its own core values and seeks nominations from the agencies within the cabinet for employees that exemplify these values.
Stacy exemplifies each of the cabinet’s core values: Spirit of Innovation, Outstanding Customer Service, Servant Leadership, and Sustained Excellence. Her passion is undeniable.
In her work at The Kentucky Center, Stacy embraces a Spirit of Innovation, always striving to embrace new programs like beacon technology at the Kentucky Center. She displays Outstanding Customer Service, working with patrons, organizations, and artists to ensure access to break down barriers to experiencing the arts. Stacy uses Servant Leadership to inspire the Access volunteers to provide exceptional services to our patrons with access needs, as well as their guests. Stacy shows her commitment to Sustained Excellence by not only keeping our Access Services running smoothly but also seeking new and better technology and improvements all the time! These are just a few examples of the great work Stacy does for the Center, while also being recognized as a national leader in arts access.
